The hotel utilizes a prepayment system. Payment for hotel services is possible upon check-in. We accept payment in cash only in the national currency—the Russian ruble or online payment by card via special link.
Kindly be informed that we accept online payments by Master Card, VISA or Union Pay credit cards issued by international bank.
Moscow’s Metropol Hotel takes care of the comfort and security of its guests and was the first in Russia to introduce a system of prepaid bank cards allowing guests from foreign countries to make cashless payments when they are in Russia. The bank card allows guests to make payments throughout Russia in restaurants and cafes, stores, shopping malls, beauty salons, museums, theaters and cinemas, in online stores, taxi ordering services and other online services.
Payment via link with a bank card upon arrival takes additional time and may increase the duration of the check-in process. For your convenience, we kindly ask you to make online payment with your bank card in advance.
Please note that your bank may charge additional fees for making payments to other countries. We kindly advise you to check the amount of the additional fees with your bank.

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged the cost of the first night. In periods of high demand, like summer period, New Year, etc, the Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation policy and apply non-refundable rates. To cancel a prepaid booking, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, we ask you to cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your booking confirmation or contact us by sending an e-mail for a refund to res@metmos.ru. |
