Families can request connecting rooms or extra beds, and children will enjoy special surprises. The hotel operates on a prepayment basis. You can pay in cash (rubles) at check-in or online by card (MasterCard, VISA, UnionPay). For a smoother check-in, we recommend paying online in advance. Please check with your bank about possible international fees.

Booking cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged the cost of the first night. In periods of high demand, like summer period, New Year, etc, the Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation policy and apply non-refundable rates. To cancel a prepaid booking, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, we ask you to cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your booking confirmation or contact us by sending an e-mail for a refund to res@metmos.ru.
